Stan was everything we could have hoped for in an agent. Not having a ton of experience with buying a home Stan was more then willing to go the extra mile to make us comfortable and knowledgeable. He answered every single question, worked to prep us for every step, and whenever we hit a snag he offered countless solutions. Stan was an amazing agent. We had him show us a huge variety of homes in the area in a variety of price ranges. He was patient, funny, and incredibly helpful and worked very hard for us. We were able to purchase a beautiful condo on the water and he negotiated a good price for us. I would absolutely use Stan Freeman again when we are ready to purchase another property in the area.

We had a totally positive experience with Stan and we really tried his patience and professionalism to its extreme as we traveled around Europe while negotiating for the purchase of a property. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. In particular, his local knowledge, support and perseverance were very appreciated. And yes, we purchased the property - primarily due to Stan's presence. Totally recommended.

I could write a novel about why you should use Stan to be your Realtor, although I will save you the time. Bottom line, Stan is amazing! He will bend over backwards to make things happen and is the most accommodating agent I have ever met, not to mention just a great person. Stan wasn't even our agent on our purchase, he was the sellers agent, although went above and beyond for us. It really doesn't get any better than Stan. Not only would Stan be a great agent to represent you, but makes you feel like a friend.

We worked with Mr. Freeman when we purchased our vacation home. It was a buyers market. So we wanted to take advantage and made offers on several house at the same time to leverage negotiations. Stan had no problem with this, submitted all the offers, kept me abreast long distance of counters and negotiations and took care of arranging inspections; ie Stan arranged everything that was necessary to complete the purchase. We love our vacation home and the rental income we receive pays for more than half our expenses! We are so thankful Stan was able to stick out the negotiations and that we bought our new home at a considerable discount! He was knowledgeable of the market and of all the different areas. Best of all, we consider Stan as one of our good friends when we come to visit.
